Montessa App

The school in every family's pocket.

One app that changes shape for whoever opens it: a parent's view of their children, a teacher's quick-add, a student's homework, the gate's pickup list.

Messages, class stories, homework, fees and pickup, with push notifications for what matters.

A father and his daughter sharing a book at home.

Switch between schools

Families with children at more than one school switch with a tap.

Pay fees

See balances and pay online.

A cover photo for each child

Small things that make it feel like theirs.

For staff

Built for the moment, not the desk.

Teachers capture a photo, take the register or reply to a parent between lessons, with a quick-add button always in reach.

Role-specific tabs

Each role gets the tab bar that fits their day.

Gate and bus modes

Dedicated screens for pickup staff and bus escorts.

Push you control

Each school decides whether it sends push, and the app says why if one is stuck.

For the office

Run the front office from your pocket.

Heads and administrators move families through admissions, enrol a child into a class, check today's bus runs and see the school's plan, all from the app.

  • Admissions on the moveThe same pipeline, emails and history as the web, with enrolment that never double-books the last place.
  • Safety at a glanceAllergy, medical, photo-consent and collection notes as chips on every class list.
  • Add to my calendarParents and teachers subscribe once and school events appear in their own calendar.
